Robi Bundle offer detail:
When a customer recharges the amount (63/92) this will not be available in the main account balance and customers will be eligible for the offering as mentioned above
Full amount will be deducted and the above-mentioned services will be activated for each bundle
The IVR based services (Robi Nishi for 63 TK bundle & Robi Icche Raat for 92 TK bundle) will have unlimited minutes for the validity period
For the WAP/APP based services (Robi Screen for 63tk & Robi TV & E-Diet for 92 TK bundle) data charge will be applicable.
All the VAS are non-auto renewable (will not be auto-renewed)
If a customer purchases the bundles within the validity period, the validity of the VAS will extend for another period of (7 Days) from initial validity end date. For voice & SMS, a validity of 7 days from the recharge day will be applicable
Voice Minutes and SMS will be received immediately and VAS will take a few minutes to get activated (will be activated within 20 minutes)
Data charge will be applicable to use data VAS (Robi screen, Robi TV, E-diet)
Smart Phone preferred to use the data VAS and using the APP version of (Robi screen & Robi TV will give better experience)
SMS from the respective shortcodes will come to confirm VAS activation
Bundle Offerings will end automatically after the end of validity. If customers send Stop All to 6888 the VAS will be deactivated
