To get the offer, customer needs to recharge exact the respective amount (BDT 33 or BDT 59)
During the offer period, special tariff (1 poisha/second to any local number, 24 hours) is applicable on regular package tariff, Super FnF, FnF, Community tariff (except EKOTA Prepaid 3 & 4)
Special tariff is not applicable on purchased minutes, bonus minutes, bonus amount and emergency balance. Purchased minutes, bonus minutes, bonus amount and emergency balance will be consumed first and then the special tariff will be applied

If customers take any other 1 poisha offer, higher validity will be applied. After the special tariff validity period, customer will return to the previous offer/package
59MB free internet (for exact 59Tk recharge) will be disbursed immediately to the account and existing internet package modality will be applicable. If the internet volume is finished, customer will be charged 1Tk/MB till validity exists, up to 200 Taka (excluding VAT, SD & SC). To check internet balance, dial *121*1*4#
Welcome Tune subscription (for exact 59Tk recharge) will be disbursed within 72 hours
Welcome Tune 30 days free subscription will be calculated from the date of service activation

Customer will be notified for service renewal through pre-renewal SMS before expiration (29 day)
Customer will get renewal options and subscription type (one time/auto renewal) through pre-renewal SMS to renew the service by dialing a specific USSD code
Customer has full right to choose his/her desire pack and charging option to renew or not to respond for automatically service deactivation
No service renewal will be there without full consent from the customer
Subscribers who are already enjoying Welcome Tune service will not be eligible for free 30 days subscription rather free tune download

Smartphone Winner Selection Criteria:
Smartphone Winner selection time period: Recharge will be considered only between 10AM – 10PM.
Winner: First recharge MSISDN (first arrival basis) in every 5 minutes on exact BDT 33 or BDT 59 recharge amount.
Winner MSISDN will be unique. One MSISDN can win single time during this campaign. That means if one customer/MSISDN wins one handset, he/she will not be eligible for second time during this campaign period
Higher activation date will get priority in case of multiple MSISDNs reported in same second
During the campaign period, in every 5 minutes first arrival basis total 2,160 customers (12 winner per hour and 144 winner per day) will be rewarded with Handset (Model: Symphony G20, MRP 2900 Taka)
The Handset winners will get notified through call from 121 within 96 hours
Every winner must have active connection/s until winners’ declaration & prizes distribution
GP’s decision will be final in case of any confliction (such as: winner declaration/prize distribution)
Winner need to bring his/her winning MSISDN while collecting gifts
Maximum 3 calls will be given to the winners. If winners do not receive/answer the calls, then he/she will not be considered/eligible for the offered Smartphone
If any winner does not collect smartphones within the given timeline, then he/she will not be considered/eligible for the offered Smartphone. Delivery timeline will be notified by GP
